Information on the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email) to:

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part (incorrect or defective product).
The refund will be made once we have received the returned product and verified that it is in correct condition. We will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from said verification, using the same payment method you used in the original transaction.
